In offering the highest quality executive search services, we believe there are several factors that differentiate our firm.  These factors are: 

This “target organization” strategy ensures at least two outcomes: 

Ø       A successful completion to the search with placement of the best candidate, or 

Ø       Conclusive information about why the position can not be filled under current specifications. 

In the latter instance, we will work with clients to rethink options, such as position title, job responsibilities, including reporting relationships, and compensation. 

·         We offer leadership assessment as part of our candidate appraisal.
 

·         The two principals of the firm, Bob Sellery and Katie Wilson, work together with every client from start to finish.  We both interview all candidates and thoroughly assess their strengths and limitations, and leadership capabilities. We then develop a thorough appraisal, with recommendations about going forward, for each candidate.
