We believe the combination of our management consulting experience and leadership assessment, based on graduate level research and actual experience, is unique among executive search firms. 

We offer leadership assessment as part of our candidate appraisal. 

The two principals of the firm, Bob Sellery and Katie Wilson, work together with every client from start to finish.  There are no associates or researchers.  We both interview all candidates.  That puts a wider perspective in assessing candidates, especially when we do not agree on the candidate’s strengths and weaknesses or leadership capabilities. 

We believe our approach to executive recruiting, combining “target organizations” with contacts we have made over the years is unique.  Many firms rely on a database of contacts.  We believe using a “target organization” approach gives the client up-to-date information from candidates, who are not “looking,” about their reactions to the situation. 

We have honed an interview format for clients to use either in groups or individual one-on-one sessions.  We will attend candidate interviews with the client if desired.
