DEFINING SUCCESS FOR YOUR EXECUTIVE SEARCH

listen (lsn)
v.1.   To hear attentively: to give ear to: to pay attention to.

In beginning any assignment, we listen carefully to you, what you have to say about your organization; the position; critical issues facing the organization and the position. Then we tailor a search, based on what you have told us,      combined with our own search experience, to:

  • Find people with the professional background, not only to do the job as you have described it, but also with the personal style to fit into your organization, and to grow within it;
  • Find people who can "step up" to the critical issues at your organization and in this position;
  • Find people who see this situation as an attractive opportunity for themselves.

He also received training in database management while serving in the U.S. Navy. With these combined experiences , our firm has developed a search process which uses three simultaneous and overlapping steps to find candidates for you:

  1. Develop a list of target organizations. Based on what you have told us, combined with our own experience, we will look in those places where people are currently working who can do the job as you describe it;
  2. Search our databases and library resources for people (sources) who can lead us to qualified and interested candidates;
  3. Contact the appropriate people in target organizations, and follow leads from our sources. Before submitting any names to you, we will qualify prospective candidates on the telephone.
